To buy with us, you have to read and accept the following terms and conditions:

PURCHASE, DELAY AND CANCELLATION

1. To purchase:
• Pay the advance of 30% of the cost of your trip to reserve, using our shopping cart. Visa or MasterCard credit cards are accepted.
• 60 days before your trip, we will send you an email with a link to pay for the rest of your trip (70%) and from this date you will have 15 days to pay.
• A purchase made less than 60 days before the trip is paid for in one exhibit.
2. Delay and cancellation

In the case of all-inclusive packages (surfing, ecotourism or on request).

• If you did not make your second payment 45 days before your trip, you will be charged an extra $ 50 USD.
• If you wish to cancel your trip, you have to do so by sending an email to info@vidasurfecotours.com The applicable cancellation charges are as follows:
• 60 days and more before your trip: 30% deposit is non-refundable.
• between day 59 and 45 before the trip: 75% of the cost of the trip is non-refundable.
• 44 days or less before your trip: 100% of the cost of the trip is non-refundable.

In the case of services without accommodation:

• 60 days and more before your trip: 30% deposit is non-refundable.
• 59 days or less before the trip: no refund.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• In all cases of delayed arrival or early departure, whether voluntary or not, they do not oblige VIDASURF ECOTOURS in any way, nor make it responsible for any refund, change of booking of activities or to extend the duration of your stay with Your accommodation. You are solely responsible for respecting the times indicated in the itinerary. There will be no special arrangements made for tardiness or absences.
• VIDASURF ECOTOURS is not responsible for damages or losses of your belongings or accidents, their consequences and / or personal injury that may occur before, during or after your stay on the trip, including due to services rendered by Third parties collaborating with VIDASURF ECOTOURS.
• We will confirm receipt of your payments by email.
• All prices are in US dollars.
• VIDASURF ECOTOURS is not responsible for errors, omissions or false representation in the sale of our services.

ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE

The price does not include the airline ticket, traveler's insurance and activities not described as included in the package description.
• It requires a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 14 people to make an all-inclusive trip.
• We suggest that you get travel insurance covering medical expenses in case of accidents (surfing if possible) or illness, as well as the expenses that would cause a cancellation.
• With the purchase of a vacation package with predetermined dates, the transfer to the place of accommodation is included from Puerto Escondido airport or Huatulco airport, as long as it corresponds to the exact dates of that package. If you arrive or leave on a different date, or if you buy a trip on request, we can offer you the transfer between Huatulco and Puerto Escondido for $ 45 USD, if requested by at least 3 people.
• If 30 days before a trip there are not enough reservations made by customers, VIDASURF ECOTOURS reserves the right to cancel the trip. Customers will have the option of a full refund or alternative travel dates. Travel may also be canceled within 30 days of departure due to force majeure, including, but not limited to: war, threat of war, riots, civil conflict, terrorism, labor disputes, disease, industrial disaster Or nuclear, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, fires, strikes or any other external event that proves that it is not viable for VIDASURF ECOTOURS to operate the planned itinerary. We are not responsible for the additional expenses incurred by customers as a result of cancellation of their reservations, such as visas, vaccines or non-refundable plane tickets.
• The surfing equipment, as well as the material that is provided during the departures, is under your responsibility and you must pay any damages that you voluntarily or not.
• Documents requested at the time of making your second payment:
• Copy of traveler's insurance.
• Copy of passport and / or visa if applicable. Said documents must have a validity of at least 6 months after the date of entry to Mexico.
• Telephone, email and address of a person who can be held responsible for you in cases of emergency (illness, accidents, death, etc.).
• Responsive letter that includes information about important medical conditions (allergies, diseases, medical treatment etc ...).
• Parental consent letter in case of being a minor.
